"The most important people in my life."

Me, Quoddy Lt. House, Camobella, N. B.

Me, this picture was taken in Campobella, New Brunswick, Canada.   Yes, the same island on which President Roosevelt and his family had a fabulous summer mansion.  This is East Quoddy Light House on the tip of the island.  In the back ground, you can see the light house, to get there you must go down a ladder, walk across the ocean floor.  You must be very careful for the tides come in at 5 feet per hour.  Many people have gotten trapped over at the light house island, due to the rapid rising tides.  The current is too strong to tranverse, once the water starts coming in.

Our vacation to Maine, October, 2004. My husband, John and Luna on the path to East Quoddy Light House on Campobella, New Brunswick, Canada.

"Luna"

Our dog, "Luna".   Yes, I consider her part of our family.  She is pit bull, extremely loving, gentle and friendly.  We take her everywhere, including our vacations.  She loves the car and just loves being with us.  She is well behaved at all times.  Just an extra-ordinary pet.  We love her with all our heart.

Ron, Dad and John in front of the Lincoln Center, our new sports stadium.  Standing in front of the bronze statue of Mike Schmidt.  Of course, my favorite, the "Phillie Phanatic" up on the screen.

My youngest son, Ron, joined the "Marine's".   The proudest and scariest time in my life.  His specialty was Communications.  He was stationed in Camp Penndleton, San Diego, Ca., Twenty Nine Palms, Nevada and Okinawa.  He was serving right in the beginning of the Iraq.   He was ready to go a couple of times, then it was called off.

On August 2, 2004, Richard Michael and Eric Ronald were born.  Identical twins.   Ricky weighed in at 4lb.10oz and Eric at 3lb. 8oz.  The most beautiful babies I have ever seen.  They are so perfect with strong heartbeats.  Ricky came home 1 day after his mother, Carol's discharge.  Eric has several more days as he is just a wee one.  We are all so proud and thrilled with happiness.  My son, Ron is walking on a cloud. A realistic one, filled with happiness and gratefulness.

Click the graphic above to take you to:  "Interview With God"     A wonderful uplifting site.  I start my day with  these thoughts.

As soon as they come in, photographs of the babies will be added.   I am definitely adding another page, so look in the index for "Our Grandchildren".

Eric is coming home tomorrow, Friday, August 13th.  Hooray!  Thank God, the wait is over.   I am so proud of their mom, Carol.  She produced the healthiest babies. even though they were premature, they breathed on their own and were bottle fed.  Eric had some minor problems but nothing to fret over.  Thank you Carol for living a clean and healthy life hence such healthy, beautiful identical twin boys.
